• Copy of most recent pay stubs for consecutive 30 day period.
• Last years Federal Tax Return (complete all schedules) if paid commissions/bonuses or own rental property.
• Most recent statement for retirement account.
• Copies of most recent bank statements (all pages including 30 days of account history).
• Lease agreements for all rental properties.
• Divorce decree / Property settlement, if applicable.
• Copy of Green Card /VISA, if applicable.
• Two years of complete personal, partnership, and / or corporate tax returns, YTD profit and loss statement and current balance sheet for self-employed borrowers.
• Name, address and phone number of landlord if renting or rented previously.
• Contact name and phone number to the human resource department for current and previous employer(s).
• Name, company and phone number of existing homeowner's insurance agent.
• Copy of drivers license (front and back).
• Copy of last years W2's / 1099's.
